Cancellation Policy
• 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee will be applied to your next set.
• Late Fees: 10 minutes late = $10 late fee
• No Extra Guests: Please come alone to your appointment. (If you need to bring an extra guest please communicate with me).
• Payments Accepted: CashApp or Cash only.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancelling the same day as your appointment will result in a $20 cancellation fee.
• Appointment Confirmation: Please confirm your appointment before your scheduled time.
• Nail Repairs:
– Free within 1 week of your appointment.
– Repairs after 1 week will be charged.
Important:
I am not responsible for broken nails caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Repairs due to client-caused damage will be charged.
